At Lifely, we want you to love your home; if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Our goal is to make the returns process as seamless as the rest of your shopping experience.

Return Process

  Log into your Lifely account and select the order you wish to return, or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it back into its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  Choose a convenient pickup date through our portal, and our specialized furniture couriers will come to your door to collect the items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
